I am Jared, an artist based in Toronto, better known as SOFTBOY. Art has always been my passion and the way I bring imagination into something real. It is how I connect with people and share the ideas that inspire me.

Designing Tattoos With Intention

Tattooing and illustration are my favourite ways to tell stories. I’m drawn to creating fine-line and ornamental tattoos that feel personal, intentional, and considered, with an emphasis on balance, flow, and how a piece lives on the body over time.

Momentary Tattoos & Wearable Art

My tattoo books are becoming more intentional, allowing me to focus on pieces that feel aligned and meaningful. At the same time, I am opening new ways for people to enjoy my work through Momentary Tattoos, plant-based designs that last one to two weeks and offer a playful way to try on art.

ISLE Tattoo Studio

I also own and operate ISLE Tattoo, a studio built around creativity, community, and thoughtful artistic practice. It is a space that reflects the values behind everything I make: clarity, care, and lasting expression.
