Softboy momentary tattoos are packaged in protective flat mailers and shipped from Toronto, Canada.

We currently ship worldwide.

If your country does not appear at checkout, please contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days.

This timeframe does not include weekends or holidays.

Delivery time depends on the destination and the courier selected at checkout.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email.

Softboy is not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal strikes, or courier disruptions.

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, VAT, or handling charges.

These fees are not included in your order total and must be paid by the recipient.

Softboy is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Once an order has been handed to the courier, Softboy is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged parcels.

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days with photographs of both the packaging and the product so we can assist.
