These Terms of Service govern your use of the Softboy website, products, and services.
We may update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Eligibility

To make a purchase on this website, you must:

  • Have permission from a parent or guardian

  • Provide accurate, complete, and current information during checkout

Using false information or impersonating another person is prohibited.

3. Products & Availability

We aim to ensure all product information is accurate, including pricing, descriptions, and availability.
However:

  • Products may be updated, changed, or discontinued without notice

  • We reserve the right to limit quantities

  • Colours or appearance may vary slightly due to screen settings

We are not responsible for typographical errors or inaccuracies.

4. Pricing & Payment

Prices are listed in the currency shown on the website and may change without notice.

By placing an order, you agree to:

  • Pay the listed price plus any applicable taxes and shipping fees

  • Authorise Softboy (and its payment processors) to charge your payment method

  • Ensure your billing information is accurate

All payments are processed securely through Squarespace Commerce and its integrated payment providers.
Softboy does not store or have access to full payment card details.

5. Order Processing & Fulfilment

Once an order is placed:

  • It cannot be modified or cancelled

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days

  • All orders ship via tracked Canada Post services

  • Tracking details are emailed automatically once dispatched

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Postal carriers

  • Weather

  • Customs processing

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional postage fees may apply.

6. Shipping

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout and on the Shipping Information page.
Delivery estimates are not guarantees.

International customers are responsible for:

  • Customs fees

  • Duties

  • Taxes

  • Import restrictions or delays

Softboy is not liable for lost packages after they have been handed to the carrier and marked as delivered.

7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the nature of momentary tattoo products, all sales are final.

However, we will replace or refund items that:

  • Arrive damaged

  • Are incorrect

  • Or have a manufacturing issue

To request assistance, customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • The order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photo evidence

We reserve the right to approve or deny replacement requests at our discretion.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including artwork, designs, graphics, photos, branding, and text — is the exclusive property of Softboy Inc.

You may not:

  • Copy

  • Reproduce

  • Modify

  • Distribute

  • Sell

  • Re-upload

  • Train AI models on

  • Or otherwise use our content without express written permission

Unauthorised use may result in legal action.

9. Website Use

You agree not to use the site for any unlawful or harmful purpose, including:

  • Uploading harmful code
