Returns & Shipping

Due to the nature of our products, all sales of momentary tattoos are final.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for hygiene and safety reasons.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the packaging

  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect item

We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or store credit where appropriate.

Non-refundable circumstances

Softboy cannot issue refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect application of the tattoo

  • Tattoos affected by skincare products, exfoliants, or improper preparation

  • Orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer

  • Late delivery caused by the courier, postal strikes, or customs delays

Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or shipped.

We will assess cases individually, but Softboy is not responsible for courier or postal service errors.
